Potato clears acne scars? Hmmmm............

my acne scars..... i know really gross

I have been dealing with acne scars for a long time but recently the scars have gotten bigger and darker so i was looking at home made items that can help and i came across this video of using a thinly sliced raw potato as a scrub sort of.... Anyway i decided i would try it for two weeks and see what happens, so this is my challenge to find out whether it works or not, who knew potatoes aren't only good for making mash potatoes

I went to Ulta today not really knowing what to get but still determined to get something so i stopped at the urban decay area and saw the travel sized stereophonic 24/7 glide on eye-pencils and heavy metal glitter eyeliner. I am so excited to get this cuz i have wanted these eye pencils for a while but didn't really want to pay $17 for just one so getting four eye pencils for $19 is a really good deal. i will probably go back and get the other set later, but so far i love these pencils they glide on so smooth and they're so creamy. These are my first urban decay eye pencils and i will definitely go back for more.

WHOLESALE GOODIES

I went to wholesale alley, a place any and everything is on sale for wholesale price, a few weeks ago and i got some pretty good deals on some earrings and a bracelet holder which i have been looking for so i was so excited when i saw it for two dollars. anyway here are the things i got and i'll probably go back in a week or so.

I went to walgreens a couple of weeks ago and saw that Revlon had a buy one get one free sale, since i've been wanting to try the colorstay foundation for combination to oily skin but wasn't really sure what my color was i decided to take advantage of the sale and get two of them. i got mahogany and caramel and so far caramel is working right now and i guess I'll use the darker color for the summer time. i also bought the l'oreal de-crease eyeshadow base which has been working well so i like it.

Fans of the Tyra Show

So i guess you've heard that Tyra has decided to cancel her TV show after five years on air. Now the reasons she's given for this sudden end was that the ratings have dropped and people don't watch her show anymore as well as some other reasons and changes going on in her production company. Personally i think it's the wrong decision especially with Oprah deciding to stop her show, it would have been the perfect opportunity for Tyra to get some new viewers who have nothing to watch once Oprah is gone, but i wish all the best for Tyra and i wish her much success in her future endeavors.

So yesterday i went to Belk with my mom to get something and we stumbled upon an electric skillet that we both have been wanting to get for a long time, and since it was on sale we were like " why not". We ended up buying and this morning I was extremely excited to try it out and I decided to make some french toast and let me tell u it was so good i was in heaven. Needless to say i will be experimenting with so many things on the skillet. Also this is a really good tool to use for healthy cooking instead of deep frying foods, so I'm totally excited
